Viewing Ticket

Tickets can be viewed in the navigation under "Tickets".

In the tabs "Open" and "In Progress", tickets can be retrieved according to their respective status. Using the toggle button on the right side, you can switch the view between "Tile" and "Table".

The Tile view is useful, i.e. as a "monitor" within the service department, while the Table offers very extensive filter and sorting options.

To open a ticket, click either on the respective tile or on the table entry—depending on which view you are in.


Search database

Using the text field "Search database", you can search the entire database by entering keywords (e.g., the ticket number or the ticket title).

By default, the database is searched for tickets from the last 6 months. The time span can be extended arbitrarily.

This way, already completed tickets can also be searched for and found.
