Projects

Projects group several Cases under a shared umbrella – useful for larger initiatives.

ℹ️ Info: The module is domain-dependent and not visible in every 4Service environment.

Use a project

1. Open Projects in the navigation.
2. Create a project or open an existing one.
3. Link Cases to the project or remove links again.

In the project dashboard you keep an overview of all connected Cases.
