Maintenance

Under Maintenance you see maintenance/service contracts and can trigger scheduled Cases from them.

Open Maintenance

1. Click Maintenance in the navigation (visible when the module and permissions are active).
2. Check the list of contracts / maintenance points.
3. If needed, start creating related Cases from the planned entries.

ℹ️ Info: Creating and maintaining master data for contracts typically happens in the admin area. In 4Service you mainly work with the operational view and triggering Cases.
