Creating Ticket

A ticket represents the outermost container for every task and every interaction. It is the starting point for any service or maintenance case.

Create Your First Ticket

To create a ticket, click the “New” button, located in the top right of the desktop application and the bottom right in the mobile application.

Link the ticket with the desired metadata such as title, priority, company, etc., and confirm by clicking “Save”.

💡 Tip: If you have an equipment number, you can use the “Search equipment” link to retrieve and automatically fill in the associated company data.

ℹ️ Info: By linking a company (mandatory) and optionally an equipment, tickets can be viewed in an aggregated manner on both the company and equipment levels.

ℹ️ Info: Equipment or contacts can only be selected after the company has been chosen.
