Via search you find Cases, Missions, companies, equipment, and other records by keyword.
📄️ Equipment
Equipment are the machines / assets in your inventory – including type, inventory number, location, etc. You can link Cases and Missions with equipment and build a digital machine file that way.
📄️ Company
Companies are your customers or sites. When creating a Case the company is required – that gives you a clear overview of all ongoing and past Cases/Missions per company.
📄️ People
Under People you maintain and find contacts / contact persons – e.g. on the customer side or internal contacts linked to Cases.
📄️ Notifications
Notifications keep you up to date on important events – e.g. new Missions, status changes, or contribution follow-ups.
📄️ Data analysis
Under Insights (also called data analysis) you’ll find evaluations and metrics for your service activity – e.g. Cases, Missions, and utilization.
📄️ Log out
Sign out via the user / profile menu when you want to end the session.
📄️ News
News is your small intranet in 4Service: current notices and info for the domain (e.g. product or organization messages).
📄️ Favorites
Via Favorites you collect frequently used Cases and Missions for quick access.
📄️ Maintenance
Under Maintenance you see maintenance/service contracts and can trigger scheduled Cases from them.
📄️ Knowledge
Under Knowledge you’ll find the knowledge base – collected entries and documentation that come from everyday service work or are provided for you.
📄️ Projects
Projects group several Cases under a shared umbrella – useful for larger initiatives.
