The external creation of tickets (e.g. via QR code or web form) is one of many additional 4Service features. Get to know these 'extras' here.

📄️ Equipment Relationships

Equipments can be hierarchically linked in 4Service. The corresponding setting can be found in the admin area under each piece of equipment.

The inbox can be used as a contact or service form to receive initial information from external partners, customers, colleagues, etc.
