📄️ Editing Task
After opening the task as described in the section “View Tasks” or via a ticket as described in “View Ticket,” you will be in the task dashboard. Here, the following action options are available to you.
📄️ Task Processors
Task processors can be, i.e. installers, field technicians, office technicians, or similar. A task processor is always required when a schedulable resource is to be added to a task, which can then, i.e. also record reports.
📄️ Checklists
Checklists can be created using detailed classifications and specially configured fields.
📄️ Reports
Tasks can have custom-configured reports attached.
