Viewing Tasks

Tasks can be viewed in the “Tasks” navigation.

All Tasks​

The “All Tasks” tab lists all tasks. This view is only available to certain individuals with the appropriate permissions.

My Tasks​

The “My Tasks” tab shows all tasks for which the logged-in user is the task processor.

Total Ticket Post Tracking​

Under the “Total Ticket Post Tracking” tab, you can track posts that have been marked for follow-up within tickets and assigned to the corresponding task processor.

My Ticket Post Tracking​

Under the My Ticket Post Tracking” tab, you can track posts that have been marked for follow-up within tickets and assigned to you.

Task Dashboard​

Click on the task name to open the task dashboard.
