Create Report
Reports in 4Service can represent installation reports, worktime reports, or even custom reports such as inventories. Reports can be added to tasks and can also be viewed aggregated in the Ticket Dashboard.
⚠️ Note: Reports must always be assigned to task processors. Before a report can be created, a processor must be planned in the task.
To create a report, navigate either to the desired ticket or the corresponding task.
Then go to the Reports section and select Add. By default, you will find the installation and worktime reports there. If available, additional reports can also be added.
ℹ️ Info: The template for installation and custom reports can be created and customized in the admin area. At this level, the appropriate form fields are also linked, so that data from the ticket, company, or contact database can be pulled directly.
