Editing And Saving Reports

Created reports can be edited. This can be done either directly within the report or in the respective data field, provided it has been linked as a form field.

⚠️ Note: If editing is done directly in the report and then saved, the original data fields will not be reset. For example, if the description is changed directly in the report editor — even though the field is linked to the task description — that version will be retained.

To edit a report, navigate either to the desired ticket or the corresponding task.

Then go to the Reports section and select the desired report.

Add Working Hour Report

If you have also created a working hour report, the saved times can be inserted into the respective reports. To do this, select Add Hour Report in the open report editor.

ℹ️ Info: The working hour report will always be inserted at the current position of your cursor.

Sign Report

To sign a report, you must first generate a PDF from the current report format. To do this, select Create PDF. The generated report will then open directly in the PDF editor. Now select the signature icon, sign the report accordingly, and place the signature in the designated area.
