Unscheduled Tasks

If tasks are not assigned to any task processors when created, they are considered unplanned. Unplanned tasks appear below the schedule board and can be assigned to task processors and scheduled from there.

To illustrate, we create a new task, leave it unplanned, and then schedule it using the schedule board functions.
