Rolls Concept

In 4Service, the following roles exist at the top level:

  • Admin
  • User_intern
  • User_light
  • User_extern
  • User_dummy

Depending on the roles, the following additional permissions can be set for the role User_intern:

  • Data Maintenance (allows maintenance of meta-data in the admin area)
  • Inbox Management (allows viewing & editing of the inbox)

Collaboration Concept

Depending on the roles, collaboration permissions for tickets and tasks can/must be set. Configuration options exist exclusively for the roles User_intern and User_light.

Collaborations always work at the group level.
