Equipment

An equipment has assigned metadata such as the type, inventory number, location, and more. Equipment can be linked to tickets & tasks, so that when viewing the equipment, there is a clear overview of which tickets and tasks are currently in progress or were handled in the past.

Furthermore, in the equipment dashboard, you have the option to view the schedule board aggregated by tasks specifically related to this machine. This can be relevant, for example, for project management on a construction site.

Equipment Dashboard​

The Equipment Dashboard can be accessed either via links in the Ticket- or Task Dashboard, or by using the search function.

  • Description: Displays relevant metadata for this equipment.
  • Correspondences: Files and information that relate exclusively to this equipment (e.g. manuals).
  • Tickets & Tasks: Digital machine record with all current and past tickets and tasks.
  • Planning: The schedule board displays aggregated tickets and tasks currently assigned to the equipment.
