Companies

A company has assigned metadata such as locations, contacts, general information, and more. Tickets & tasks must always be linked to a company when created, so that when viewing the company, there is a clear overview of which ticket and tasks are currently in progress or were handled in the past.

Furthermore, in the company dashboard, you have the option to view the schedule board aggregated by tasks related specifically to that company. This can be relevant, for example, for project management on a construction site.

Company Dashboard​

The Company Dashboard can be accessed either via links in the Ticket- or Task Dashboard, or by using the search function.

  • Description: Displays relevant metadata for this company.
  • Posts: Files and information that relate exclusively to this company (e.g. directions).
  • Tickets & Tasks: All current and past tickets and tasks.
  • Contacts: Created contacts for the company.
  • Planning: The schedule board displays aggregated tickets and tasks currently active for the selected company.
