Equipment Relationships

Equipments can be hierarchically linked in 4Service. The corresponding setting can be found in the admin area under each piece of equipment.

4Service distinguishes between the following equipment types:

  • Production Line
  • Equipment (Standard)
  • Station (Equipment within a Production Line)
  • Module

In the Equipment Dashboard, the linkage (if present) can be viewed. Equipments can be assigned to production lines, and modules.

ℹ️ Info: By clicking on the equipment name, you will be taken to the corresponding equipment.

The displayed equipment status indicator (green / blue / orange / red) is generated as follows:

  • green: no open ticket
  • blue: one open ticket, priority 3
  • orange: one open ticket, priority 2
  • red: one open ticket, priority 1

Within the equipment card, you will find information about:

  • the number of open tickets
  • the assigned tasks

To view equipment relationships, navigate to the desired equipment (e.g., via the search) and then select the tab Equipment Relationships
