Reset password / one-time login

ℹ️ Info: If you’ve forgotten your password, the same steps below apply.

  1. Open app.4service.io. You first see the Welcome page – tap Login there.

  1. In the Sign-in dialog enter your username and password. To reset, choose Forgot your password?.

  1. On first login you enter the temporary password from the email.
  2. Then set a new password.

Requirements:

  • at least 8 characters
  • upper and lower case letter
  • at least one special character

Allowed special characters: !@#$%^&*(),.?":{}|><+-.

ℹ️ Info: Characters such as Ä/Ö/Ü/ß/_ are not allowed.

ℹ️ Info: If a password is rejected despite valid rules, it may be considered insecure/blocked – choose a different one then.

On first login, MFA setup starts directly afterward.
