Classification Of Receipt Folders
A receipt folder allows the user to easily capture and submit receipts. While the essential functions are similar to a travel, a receipt folder does not require prior approval. The initial data entry is also less detailed.
Creating Receipt Folders
To create a receipt folder, navigate to the Travel and Receipts tab, click the New button and then select New travel . In the following dialog window, switch to: Receipt folder yes. Now enter the date, as well as the default cost center / cost unit for the receipt folder, and save to create the receipt folder.
💡 Info: The receipt folder opens automatically after the initial creation.
