Search Spareparts

Spare parts can be accessed via the Spare Parts section in the navigation – provided you have the appropriate license and authorization.

To find a specific spare part, use the Part Search. Here you can search specifically by name, category, or part number. All spare parts that match the entered search criteria will then be displayed in a list.

Searching by part number usually returns a unique result (based on the full article number).

When searching by name or category, multiple results may appear depending on the input.

Click on the desired spare part to open its dashboard. There you will find comprehensive information such as:

• Product information
• Images
• Master data

ℹ️ Info: Under Product Details, you'll find key details such as the article number, material designation, unit and total price, as well as the option to add the product directly to the shopping cart.

ℹ️ Info: If images are assigned to the spare part, they will be displayed in the Images section as a gallery and can be viewed there.

ℹ️ Info: The Meta Data section contains additional technical details such as weight, standard designation, base unit, and other product-specific features.

To add a spare part to the shopping cart, click the ‘+’ button to increase the quantity, or the ‘–’ button to decrease it. Alternatively, you can enter the desired quantity directly into the number field.
