Sending Offer

Once spare parts have been added to the cart, you can either Send A Offer or directly place an order. In this example, we’ll Send A Offer:

Click the “Send Offer” button and confirm your action. Your request will then be created.

To view the status of your request, switch to the Requests tab. There you'll find an overview of all current, open requests. Among other details, the following will be displayed:

  • the order number
  • the date and sender of the request
  • and the option to view further details for each request

Click on a request to open a dialog. This will show you:

  • the associated cart
  • and any attachments linked to the request or a subsequent order

ℹ️ Info: After a request is submitted, an email is automatically sent to all email addresses stored in the admin area.
