Opening/Closing Whiteboard

To open or close the whiteboard during a video call, click the "Whiteboard / Close board" button in the top right corner of the application.

Whiteboard-Functions

Zoom-Functions

You have the option to zoom in ('+' button) and zoom out ('-' button).Zoom buttons, by clicking the designated buttons at the top left of the whiteboard.

Sending Image

You have the option to send an image to another participant in the call by clicking on the 'Send' buttonSend button located to the right (upper left side of the whiteboard) of the zoom buttons.

Crop and Transform Functions

You have the option to crop, rotate, or flip the image by clicking on the 'Crop and Transform' buttonCrop button, which opens a submenu with buttons for these functions.

Drawing Functions

You can open the drawing functions by clicking on the 'Annotation' buttonAnnotation button, which opens a menu with buttons for various drawing options.

  • Pen
  • Line
  • Rectangle
  • Eclispe
  • Arrow
  • Path
  • Add Text
  • Add Image

Fine-Tuning Functions

You can open the fine-tuning functions by clicking on the 'Finetune' buttonFinetune button, which opens a menu with buttons for various drawing options.

The following fine-tuning options are available:

  • Brightness
  • Contrast
  • Hue
  • Saturation
  • Exposure
  • Opacity
  • Blur

Resize Functions

You can open the resizing functions by clicking on the 'Resize' buttonResize button, which opens a menu with buttons for these functions. Afterwards, width and height input fields will be displayed, allowing you to change the image size.

Change History Navigation

At the far edge of the upper left side of the application are the 'Undo/Redo' buttonsUndo/Redo button for step-by-step changes.

At the far edge of the upper left side is the 'Reset' buttonReset button, which deletes all changes made to the image.

Saved Images Functions

Each time you click the 'Send' buttonSend button, your final image is sent to another participant of the call and saved in a special panel. If you have sent at least one image, you have the option to open the panel with the sent images by clicking the 'Show Saved Images' buttonShow Images button.

After clicking, you will see a list of saved images at the bottom of the whiteboard. You can click on one of the saved images to upload it onto the whiteboard and continue working with it.

If you have sent at least one image, you will see the 'Save All Images' buttonSave Images button to the right of the 'Send' button. Clicking it will download an archive with all saved images locally to your device.
