Live Video Call Functions
Sending Reactions
One of the functions available to the PC user is sending reactions to the user of a mobile device.
In the upper right corner, there are two buttons – the "Attention" reaction and the button for more reactions.
- Clicking on the "Attention" button sends this reaction to the mobile device user and simultaneously displays it on your screen.
- Clicking on the "Reactions" button opens a dropdown menu with options for two reactions ("Warning" and "Approval"). Clicking on one of these options has the same effect as the "Attention" button – the corresponding reaction is sent.
At the bottom of the dropdown list, there is a text field with a send button.
- You must enter a text and click Send.
- The sent text is displayed on the mobile device's screen as well as on your screen, similar to the previous reactions.

- "Flashlight On/Off"

Lock
One of the main functions of the application is the Lock function. It is available via the Lock button.
Clicking this button takes a screenshot from the video and displays it as the main view for both desktop and mobile participants.
When the video is locked, both participants have drawing functions and can highlight important areas on the screenshot by holding down the left mouse button.
The pressed mouse button acts as a drawing tool, meaning the user can draw by moving the pressed mouse. Additionally, both participants have a “Clear Drawing” button in the lower right corner to remove all changes made with the drawing tool on the original screenshot.
The Lock function can be disabled by clicking the same button labeled “Unlock” again.
Whiteboard
To open the whiteboard, simply click on the "Whiteboard" button. To close it, click the same button labeled "Close board". You can find the page in the left menu under "AR Video Call" → "Whiteboard". Alternatively, you can open the page by clicking this link: Whiteboard
Additional Functions
Functions To Join A Call
You can turn audio or video on and off.
Additionally, you can open the settings menu, where you can select or switch the audio input/output device or the video input device.
Participant Count Fnfo
In the lower left corner, you can see information about the number of participants in the video call. On the mobile device, you only see your own video, so this information is useful to check if another participant has joined the call.
Floating-Video-Functions
You can convert the video in the lower left corner into a floating video by clicking on the "Enable Floating Window" button. You can change the resolution of the floating video and move it as desired, even outside the browser.
Switch Main Participant Video
You can switch the video for the main participant view by left-clicking on the video block in the lower left corner of the application.
Live Pointer
This is a feature that shows the mobile user in real time where the desktop user is moving the mouse over the video or the screenshot in the Lock function. To use it, simply change the main video view to the mobile participant and move the mouse over the video or the Lock screenshot. You will see a colored circle around your mouse. The same colored circle will simultaneously be shown to the mobile participant over their video or Lock screenshot.
Admin Settings
In the lower menu, you’ll find the Admin Settings option under "More" → "Admin Settings". Clicking it opens a modal window with the admin settings.
There you can change the following settings:
- Main Participant Color (This is the color of the desktop participant’s drawing on the screenshot in the Lock function)
- Participant Color (This is the color of the mobile participant’s drawing on the screenshot in the Lock function)
- Pointer Color (This is the color of the live-view pointer that shows the desktop participant’s mouse position over the video or locked screenshot to the mobile participant)
- Drawing Size (This is the line thickness of the drawing on the screenshot in the Lock function)
Switch Audio/Video Devices During The Call
You can switch between audio/video devices during the call by selecting "More" → "Audio and Video Settings" in the bottom menu. You can then select the appropriate devices from the dropdown menus.
