Creating Call

To create a call, select the "New" button, which is located at the top right in the desktop application and at the bottom right in the mobile application.

Please be sure to fill in the fields Title, Responsible, Start, and Description. If necessary, also select End or link the entry with the corresponding ticket.

Starting Call

To start a video call, open the dashboard for Video Calls by clicking on the corresponding button (Video Calls) in the left panel. In the dashboard, click on the row with the respective video call. A modal window will then open. Click the "Join Video Room" button to start the video call, which will connect you to the video application.

Accepting Call

To join a video call, you will receive an invitation by email. There you will find a link to join the video call application. When you click the link, a new page will open in your browser with the start page for the video call.

Ending Call

To end the call, click the "Disconnect" button at the bottom right in the video application.
